Do you mean copyright for the changes in the pull request? In that case, I own them and it's ok with me to release under BSD. Let me know if you have a more formal process.
Thanks. That's all I meant. We have some boilerplate in our other repos, but it amounts to this.

Before we can merge, we need to know who owns copyright and that they're OK releasing it under BSD.
We apparently haven't instrumented this repo with our pull request template. @seantalts---can you add the same boilerplate here as elsewhere? Or tell me how to do it?
