some example-models links are dead #69

Hello.

I've found by chance that some links on the 'BUGS Examples Sorted by Volume' section don't work.

Thanks for reporting. We'll fix it. We're going to be taking a pass over all the examples soon to update to the new Stan 2.10 syntax (we still support the earlier syntax).
