multilinux_2_17 wheels missing #596

This is an arcane but important issue. Currently httpstan does not build wheels which can be used by Ubuntu 20.04.

This looks like it might be a fix: https://github.com/python-pillow/pillow-wheels/pull/254

False alarm. Newer pip version solves this (on Ubuntu 20.04).
