Addition of various new models from example models database #236

Added 'ssm' model and existing data from 'BPA'. Added models and new data for 'ratings_1' and 'ratings_2'. Added 2 new bibliography sources.

Did you solve the Windows issue? I.e. that checking the posteriordb crashes your computer?

Everything works on my windows PC except for the check_pdb_posterior function which crashes even on provided example models. I have been manually checking and entering the dimensions of posteriors from fitted models instead, so there should not be issues with my entries.

Cool! I merge it with the development branch for now then. So I can get all stuff up and running if there are any errors.
