Fix pdb_local() #74

Now it looks for posterior_database and fails if it doesn't exist.

Which commit fixed this? I tried to dig around a bit but didn't find it yet.

Would be great if we can link to the fixing commit when closing issues (With PRs this happens automatically if you write "Fixes #XX" in the PR description).
