RStan website needs updating #1088

Now that 2.26 is out. I will try to find time to do this soon.

I pushed the updated website to gh-pages branch, but the build seems to be failing with basically zero informative error message:

Maybe it's some issue on GitHub's end. Will try again later.

Worked the second time for whatever reason. Website for 2.26 is live.
