Add regexp for stanc3 style errors #66

This adds an additional regexp to the list of errors which matches the stanc3 error style. The old ones are maintained for the time being.

Thank you so much for your contribution and patience! It seems to have some issue with emacs 25.1. Do you have any idea where it is coming from?

It only seems to fail in half the ci (everything is being run twice); see https://github.com/stan-dev/stan-mode/runs/4358197105?check_suite_focus=true
