Minimap is proper broken because its miserably written code was never designed with different camera scaling in mind.

Fixing this should involve a refactor (read: look at how it works in broad strokes, then burn it all down, and write it anew and uncursed)

Minimap is redundant with the introduction of Indicator and has been removed in #21
