Boats, colleges and other textures are 1000's of times bigger than they need to be. I assume this is an attempt to fix the scaling issue, we should fix this but we don't need to.

Turns out this was far easier to fix than expected. Not sure why it wasn't done that way in the first place

images are now unexplainably corrupting, need to make sure it is not the resizing that caused this
