Adds initial basic light mode

• Adds CSS color variables for the basic color areas of the interface.
• Uses light-dark() to set the light and dark versions of each of the above colors.
• Uses color-mix() to adjust those variables at locations instead of curating additional individual colors.
• Adds new paddle images
