Deprecate `*.simple-iloci.txt` file #69

This is a vestige of an old system, before we had the current terminology settled. It should be removed as soon as we can be sure it's not used anywhere.

The conserved.py script in BrendelGroup/IntervalLoci still refers to these files. I would prefer to update the script rather than keep the files around.
