Add Latin american spanish suggested adjustements #14

As requested by @ericherman , I am submitting here my suggestions for the Spanish translation. I hope that you find them useful.

After reviewing your suggestions and discussing them with some members of the Public Code Foundation, I have decided to proceed as follows. Some of your suggestions (typos, better ways to refer to specific terms, etc.) are naturally going to be accepted. On the other hand, those referring to terms used in Latin America will unfortunately not be incorporated at this time. However, given the time it must have taken you to review this pull request, I would like to encourage you (if you feel like it, of course!!) to create another independent pull request with the Latin American Spanish version!
