I even don't know why I created a completely new repository at @tunnckoCore/release and started publishing @tunnckocore/release and @tunnckocore/release-cli.
Anyway, then today decided finally to rebrand to Standard Release and moved the repo to @standard-release/app :D So now merging that repo here.
In short, this PR just resolves #23 and most of the others.
The funny thing is that it still will be released by the original code in the current master, which still works as https://github.com/apps/new-release :D
