Typo in Chapter 8

The noun phrase unexpected summon she had received has a misplaced s. It should read unexpected summons he had received.

The typo is only half fixed.

• unexpected summon she had received (original typo: transposition of a space and an s)
• unexpected summons she had received (half fixed: summon -> summons)
• unexpected summons he had received (what it should be: summon she -> summons he)
