Minor corrections to Part 1

1. The second non-blockquoted instance of 'virtus dormitiva' already has <i xml:lang="la">. I've added this tag to the first instance.

2. In the scans linked in the metadata, there is a colon after ‘"truth"’ in the section with id="chapter-1-3". See here, line 3 of page 4: https://archive.org/details/beyondgoodandevi00nietuoft/page/4/mode/2up

3. 'genii' is capitalised in the PG transcription for emphasis, but it has no italics in either the scans linked in the metadata or the German, which I checked in case 'genii' was plain in the translation due to double italicisation (being, perhaps, both emphasised and Latin). It's just plain in the German, so I've removed 'genii' from the <em> around 'inspiring'.

4. The period after 'L'effet c'est moi' in the section with id="chapter-1-19" should be a colon, see p. 21 of the scans: https://archive.org/details/beyondgoodandevi00nietuoft/page/20/mode/2up
