Fix fulltitle file-as #129

It should reference the full title and not the normal title.

If we merge this then there are a bunch of titles that’ll need some tweaking, but I’ll handle that.

The fulltitle file-as is simply the main title because it's for filing purposes only. In other words, having the subtitle in file order behind it doesn't make sense when considering how to file things, because the filing system has no idea that the item after the colon is a subtitle.
