First up, there were a a bunch of index references mixed in with the glossary entries. Those have no value here, given that we’re not referencing anything from them, so they’ve been removed. An example is Midas’s entry at the end of https://archive.org/details/bulfinchsmytholo1913bulf/page/898/mode/1up.
With those gone, I could update the S-K-M entries. These were mostly missing text from the main pages, but also some spelling mistakes and dropped accented characters.
Then, I took the liberty of adding some semantics, and tidying some of the entries to look a little better.
Finally, I updated Metanina in the text to Metanira; I think this is a printing mistake in the source.
