mypy failing on PR builds #366

@hallidave do you have any idea what’s going on here? I’ve been trying a few different things in https://github.com/standardebooks/tools/pull/367 in an attempt to fix the builds, but they’re failing (e.g. https://github.com/standardebooks/tools/pull/367/checks?check_run_id=1375987843) with ⚠️ Note: '/home/runner/work/tools/tools/"/opt/pipx_bin"' is not on your PATH environment variable.. That just looks broken to me, but no amount of messing with the path or pipx ensurepath seems to fix it.
