No TOC for epub's #489

Hi,

Thanks for this wonderful project!

Some epubs could really benefit of having a TOC page. For example, https://standardebooks.org/ebooks/oscar-wilde/childrens-stories

Searching for "toc" in this repo produces some code results. Maybe it's not working properly?

Hi there, we do not include ToCs in the book flow as a matter of style. Your ereader should expose a ToC for the book in its interface somewhere.
