create-build places container.xml in src/, not src/META-INF/ #6

Possibly this is differences in behaviour between cp -r on different platforms (https://github.com/robinwhittleton/nikolai-gogol_dead-souls/issues/1#issuecomment-302993526). I’m observing this on macOS 10.12 for what it’s worth.
