We need a decision on whether the EvidenceType extension will be included in mCODE 1.0. It is not a must-support element in CancerDiseaseStatus, and as such, it is unusual in mCODE. It's the only case of introducing an extension that is not MS. However, CodeX needs this element. It could be part of the iCAREdata IG.
If EvidenceType is cut, then CancerDiseaseStatusEvidenceTypeVS should be eliminated as well.
