When fixing codes, do not set display text #121

Setting the display name of a CodeableConcept (the part in quotes) in a profile require all instances to send the display name exact as specified. We shouldn't specify the display name in profiles.

Here's a typical example where we need to change the approach:

* code = LNC#69548-6 "Genetic variant assessment"

The way it is, the user has to give the display text exactly as written to conform to our profile.
