Upload pictures #26

I would like to be able to upload images (captures of the notes I take by hand, with drawings, sketches, etc.) but it never allows me because the option is not enabled.

Will this be possible soon or should I use another notebook program?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're running into issues with uploading images.

If you're an Extended subscriber, you can install and activate the Bold Editor and FileSafe extension. From within the Bold Editor, you can insert images that you've uploaded to the FileSafe extension. The dev team is looking into simplifying this process in future releases.

Please see here for more details.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi. Yes, I'm a user of the extended version.

I have looked at the option you give me to upload images and I find it unintuitive and impractical, I usually use the plus editor, but now I should change the default editor, to achieve something similar to the result I have in mind?

Well, I've tried it, the result is very improvable. It creates conflicts, if I reload the note an image does not appear but in Android they do. If I go back to Windows 10 a conflict is created and it creates a copy of the note but the image is still not seen. I don't want to imagine when I fill a note with several captures of notes, diagrams, etc.

I feel comfortable and safe using your program, I think it has a lot of future and should be used by everyone, but sometimes it makes the simple things complicated and that is not productive for my day to day.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I'm sorry about all of the issues that it's causing. Rest assured that the team is working on making things work reliably by making several changes behind the scenes and will work on significantly improving the app once the foundation for it has been set by the massive rewrite.
