Ability to create pinned folders by dragging to the view area (Feature Request) #846

It's great that we can create new views with customization text snippets, but it would be great if we could also just drag a folder into the view area to create a quick 'bookmark'

I create new views so infrequently that I usually forget how to do it, so I have a separate note with the instructions from the website as a template.
