Can't resize note title panel anymore #1707

I just realized I can't resize the note titles panel anymore (Standard Notes desktop 3.23.96 for macOS). To reproduce, just drag the panel border with the mouse pointer. If I try in the middle, nothing happens; if I try on the top, the window moves. See screenshot:
