[desktop, macOS] native title bar decorations overlap UI elements #3735

Describe the bug macOS native buttons (minimize, maximize, ...) overlap the icon and the "Notes" text in the title bar:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open the latest desktop app 3.194.13

Expected behavior there should be no overlap
