Restoring notes from backup doesn't restore files properly with automatic file backup enabled #3785

Describe the bug Files from backups aren't viewable on devices other than the one used for the restore.

On a Windows device, if I have an automatic file backup enabled with the desktop app and restore a text backup then the file and note get reconnected. The file is shown in the Files section as well and is possible to view properly. But on other devices the file shows upp in the Files section and in the note but it is not possible to view it. It seems like the file is there and the note is connected but you get an error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a note and copy an image into the note so it get a connection to an image in the Files section
  2. Go to 'Preferences'
  3. Click on 'Backups'
  4. Enable 'Automatic file backups' and choose a location
  5. Scroll backup in the preferences and perform a decrypted Data backup
  6. Restart the app and make sure the image you added gets a checkmark in the Files section
  7. Remove the note and the file
  8. Go to Trash and remove the note permanently
  9. Import the backup you made earlier from Preferences
  10. Open the imported note and make sure the image shows up in the note
  11. Go to the Files section and make sure the image is viewable by double clicking it
  12. Do a manual sync if necessary
  13. Go to a different device (or a browser) and try to repeat steps 10, and 11

Expected behavior The note and image is restored from the data backup as well as the file backup location. The note and image are reconnected and it works on devices other than the one restored on.

Additional context To be able to have a proper backup solution for both notes and files connected to each other this should work. I have only tested on a small sample and not with a completely empty account.
