Tables in Markdown Basic, but not Markdown Pro, Have Shadow/Shaded area #33

A basic markdown table has a shadow that extends to the end of the display. This issue is present:

The table renders properly in other markdown editors (e.g. Joplin) or in Markdown Pro editor.

Is this expected behavior?
