Table of contents #26

As some Markdown notes grow big, it would be awesome to have access to a table of contents, to keep a high-level view of the document and quickly navigate to relevant sections. Does that sound sensible, or even feasible? I suppose that would apply to all Markdown editors.

It seems quite unlikely that the SN team would implement this, so I would suggest upvoting the feature request in the EasyMDE repository.
