Emoji as first character in tag name is first item on iOS and last on desktop #393

When using an emoji as the first character in a tag,the same tag is first on iOS, but last on desktop, parity for organizational structure would be great.

Just realized this was the mobile repository, let me know if I should close this, or if it's possible to move it to the Desktop one.
