fix: changed ShAlert component to one used in Nuxt 2 site #61

Component ShAlert is now made to behave exactly like it did in Nuxt 2 version of site Markdown_constructors/Alert. One issue that persist is that codeblock is not getting the right color of the alert, it rather changes only from white to dark depending on the active theme.
