Table of Contents missing (Terminology & Abbreviations)

In the OMA baseline there is a section called "Terminology & Conventions". this Section is listed in the document between the 'Scope' section and the 'Introduction'. 'Terminology & Conventions' section contains another three sections:

• Abbreviations
  • Table listing all the abbreviations defined in the document

• Conventions

  • The default information in this section is:
