[block_icon_cards] is not aligned #49

In https://github.com/standardshub/sh-web/blob/v0.1/index.markdown line 31. The block cards don't display aligned.

Also, add more feature to block_icon_cards

  1. Setting image size (image_size) which will fix image height in PX unit.
  2. allow cards[x] to set align: left | center | right
