Decide where to store the applications

Should we create a new .yaml file for each application based on the organization? Alternatively, we can place the applications in the .yaml file of the organization that created the main model used by the application.

store for each application, makes it easier to track and now there are a lot more orgs/products. Since they might also change the model provider or use multiple (e.g. Poe), so identifying where to find them otherwise is too hard/circuitous.
