Conceptual questions on the model access fields #80

Raised by @rishibommasani, the access field value for the models depend on their downstream asset when the model is accessed through an API (e.g. "Limited public access") - we could potentially have a separate field for access through APIs.

Resolving to just be Open, Limited, Closed for now and we say when models are accessible via API.
