Example notebook update #316

Hey team!

I encountered the same issue as #190 on Colab. After going through the code, I think this should have been fixed in 2162aee if we set avoid_fork_if_possible=True in RunConfig. So I just update the example notebook to avoid future readers' potential confusion.
