got an error when run bazel build -c opt --copt=-mavx2 --config=cuda noscope #54

I follow the guidline and also change the BUILD file by replacing /usr/ where my opencv installed, but got an error "no such package '@local_config_cuda//cuda'"

how can i fix this ?

Try installing CUDA
