Automatically Add "--help" to Generated Code #254

Sometimes I have old bitstreams or my spatial app changes between when I start compilation and when I am ready to run the app. I forget what the command line args were so it would be useful and easy to allow the user to run any app with "--help" and have it print at least the names of each command line input arg. I will add this to sim and synth. Maybe in the future we can let the user add comments or info to the input args and have that print also
