When I first looked at setting up our globus server. I wanted more information on licensing and how that worked and who manages that. I wasn’t sure who to contact so I just sent an email to srcc-support@stanford.edu. You had https://stanford-rc.github.io/globus.stanford.edu/support.html mentioned in your “How Tos” which is more detailed and useful. I wonder if it is worthwhile mentioning licensing info in your writeup somewhere?
"Who pays for this" is covered partially in a few places: It's mentioned in the footer of every page, and in a box (a "well") on the left side of the home page. Both should link to the Policies page. That page will have all the details, and it needs to be cleaned up.
I think a few more scenario items could come from this: "How do I use Globus with S3, Google Drive, …" is one. "How do I pay for this? How much does it cost?" is another.
