No module named 'ngboost.distns'; 'ngboost' is not a package #308

hi i did install the ngboost with both pip ngboost and git link, and i update my python to latest version, but when i try to use the sample code for boston dataset i have this error ( No module named 'ngboost.distns'; 'ngboost' is not a package)
