Update website and data collection code #19

Updated website code and data visualization/statistics scripts to

account for variable # and distributions of attributes, and # of items
ensure that every scenario is selected at least once
combine visualization (creating HTML template) and statistics into a single script

Could I also take this opportunity to request that the HTML reports be rendered a bit more nicely, with tables above the dialogue and clear separators between the dialogues?
