decades not consistent #12

sometimes 1960s_Date and sometimes 1960s_O

Did you resolve this? I checked on this after pulling the changes, and I don't see it being inconsistent anymore

I mean the labels themselves are inconsistent. Haven't touch that yet. Are those Date or O, you think?
