backward compattibility #146

Seems like in older versions, the poseModel was not specified in the session_metadata or it was set to posemodel: OpenPose (recommended, non-commercial research use only). This creates problems here https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap-core/blob/main/utilsServer.py#L198. Example: 74cd2ec6-de3c-4a0e-a8c9-44edbffe0b86
