Trials take more than 3 hours to be processed and does not show the typical notice "trial is in the queue to be processed" #150

Trials are not showing the typical notice "trials is in the queue to be processed" but the trials are marked with the orange dot since almost 3 hours. Is there anything i can do or does it take just longer sometimes to process some trials?

Over 1500 trials have been collected so far today. Your trials will be processed.
