AWS scaling + any scaling #163

The AWS scaling is not completely nailed, but the changes will not affect local processing, which is what we use.

Tests:

[x] Default scaling - deployed dev
[x] Sitting scaling - deployed dev
[x] Existing results vs new results after reprocessing on server after specifying default scaling
