Cuda check #86

Add cuda check before processing video.

Test for error below and stop machine if error + set trial status to stopped.

Cuda check failed (100 vs. 0): no CUDA-capable device is detected

@suhlrich I think this is working #118. The two Ubuntu instances have been running >24h. It does not explain why they were crashing though.
