Figure out error in spotty wifi. Options -try multiple times -find a more robust library

Some ideas:

upload file directly, not using multipart forms (https://github.com/Alamofire/Alamofire/issues/3471)
use [use a URLRequest directly] instead of alamofire (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/url_loading_system/uploading_data_to_a_website)
retry in alamofire (https://medium.com/swlh/retry-request-using-alamofire-52c7dcd72175, or this one seems easier: https://medium.com/@daljeetseera9668/retry-api-calls-with-alamofire-51d2a36c07b9)
