Seems that the evaluation is only running for 300 setps (1000 in description) #147

Participants reported that the evaluation is running for 300 steps instead of the 1000 indicated in the evaluation description (https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/osim-rl#evaluation).

-> either update evaluation description to 300 steps or -> increase evaluation to 1000 steps as indicated

Let's keep 300 steps in the first round, thanks for the fix in the docs!
