Shipping Zones

You need shipping zones to do that

Shipping Zone 就像是一个容器，里面有不同的Shipping Methods 和 Payment Methods

Setting UP Flat Rate

可以自定设置 tax 计算公式

Setting UP local pickup

创建一个名为 home 的 shipping zone

Setting up free shipping

500美金免运费

有coupon 免运费
