File/Sketchbook menu does not scroll to show all items when longer than display height

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have more sketches & in the sketchbook directory than can be listed 
vertically in the submenu
2.submenu list of items and folders has no means of showing items below the 
displayed screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you have too many sketches there should be a mechanism to scroll down to 
reach those items that do not fit onto the display.  What happens is the 
submenu is truncated to the visible length.

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system?  Which Arduino board are you using?  IDE 1.0.1 on Windows 7 regardless 
of which board used.

Please provide any additional information below.
